What to Know
1. Your fees are banked, not spent
Each month, your membership fee is added to your account. It is yours, to use toward any treatment or product with us. Membership is not a charge for belonging. It is your treatment funds, held until you need them.
2. No hidden fees
Every dollar you contribute goes toward your care. There is no enrollment fee and no administrative charge.
3. Your funds stay yours
Banked funds do not expire while your membership is active. Anything you do not use simply carries forward.

Three levels, so you can choose the access that fits how you like to be cared for.
If you are not sure which level fits, that is a conversation, not a formula. Tell us how often you come in and how you like to be cared for, and we will help you choose. You can move between levels as your needs change.

Frequently Asked Questions
It is our membership program. Each month your fee is banked to your account, and you can use those funds toward any treatment or product with us. Membership also gives you preferred pricing and access that is not otherwise available.
Your monthly fee is added to your account rather than charged as a service fee. When you come in for treatment, you can pay from your banked funds, or another way if you prefer. Treatments are paid in full at the time of your visit.
Membership begins with a six month commitment and continues month to month after that.
After the first six months, let us know thirty days before your next billing date. You can cancel the same way you joined.
Not while your membership is active. If you cancel, your funds remain available to you for twelve months. Membership fees are not refundable.
Yes, once in a twelve month period, for up to three months.
Yes. You can move between levels as your needs change. We will tell you in advance of any change in membership pricing.
Membership is yours. Benefits and banked funds cannot be transferred to another person.
Yes. Member pricing can be combined with our other programs, including referral credits and Allē rewards.
You are offered our earliest available appointments, and we hold time for members. It does not guarantee a specific date or time.
Skincare savings apply to products purchased in our office. Products ordered directly from a manufacturer’s online store are priced by that manufacturer.
We will let you know, and benefits pause until the account is current.
